Review the plan and request changes. Each revision round is responded to within 48 hours. Your final itinerary is yours to keep.
Common Questions
What destinations can you plan for?
Any country we've personally visited. EU coverage is extensive (Spain, France, Switzerland, Greece, Czechia, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary, and more). Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong are upcoming destinations for 2026. We won't plan trips for places we haven't been.
How are revisions handled?
After receiving your initial plan, reply to the email with your revision requests. We'll update the plan and return it within 48 hours. You have 2 rounds of revisions total. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial plan delivery.
Can I communicate in Hindi?
Yes — all communication, including the plan delivery, can be in English or Hindi.
What format is the plan delivered in?
PDF by default. If you'd prefer a Google Doc or other format, mention it in your notes and we'll accommodate where possible.
What's your refund policy?
If we cannot deliver the initial plan within 5 business days, you'll receive a full refund. No refund after the initial plan is delivered.
