TravelWithPriyanshi is operated by Priyanshi and Srajan, individuals based in Spain. All services are provided on a personal, non-commercial basis as travel consultants sharing their own travel experience.

2. Nature of Our Services

TravelWithPriyanshi provides travel guidance services based on our personal experience. This includes:

• Personal Guide: Personalised email-based travel advice
• Pre-Built Packages: Fixed trip itinerary documents
• Custom Trip Planner: Bespoke itinerary creation service
• Free content: Blog posts and vlog content for informational purposes

We are not a travel agency. We do not book flights, hotels, or any other travel services on your behalf. All bookings remain your responsibility.

3. Accuracy of Information

All guidance, recommendations, and cost estimates are based on our personal travel experience and are provided in good faith. However:

• Prices, availability, and conditions change. Any cost estimates are approximate and may not reflect current rates.
• We are not responsible for any loss arising from acting on our recommendations.
• Travel conditions (visa requirements, entry rules, local regulations) change. Always verify current requirements through official sources before travelling.

5. Refund Policy

• Personal Guide: Full refund if initial response is not delivered within 48 hours. No refund after the response has been sent.
• Pre-Built Package: Full refund if package is not delivered within 24 hours. No refund after delivery — the product is a digital document.
• Custom Trip Planner: Full refund if the initial plan is not delivered within 5 business days. No refund after the initial plan is delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted via the Contact page or through the payment processor (Gumroad).

6. Scope Limitations

The following are explicitly out of scope for all our services:

• Flight or hotel booking or reservation
• Visa application assistance or legal immigration advice
• Travel insurance advice
• Medical advice of any kind
• Emergency assistance during travel

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including blog posts, itinerary documents, photographs, and videos — is owned by TravelWithPriyanshi and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content without written permission.

Purchased itinerary documents are licensed for personal use only — they may not be resold or distributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelWithPriyanshi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from travel decisions made based on our guidance
• Changes to travel conditions, pricing, or availability after guidance is provided
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
